- book your room at the hotel before the 1st of July
General Information
- There will be only invited talks. Poster presentations are welcome.
- The conference fee is us$ 100
- Students can apply for financial support
- Invited speakers do not have to pay the conference fee
- The fee will be charged in cash at the conference
- To complete your registration you will be required to:
- your contact data and affiliation
- an abstract of your poster or presentation (if you plan to present one)
- abstracts should have less than 150 words.
- you will be able to edit your abstract until the 1st of October
